Gail is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Geriatric Care. She has a Masters Degree in Psychology and a
Masters in Gerontology. Gail is dedicated to serving the needs of elderly and disabled clients in the St. Louis
area. She is active in the Lions Club and Women's Army Corp.

Megan R. Burke, LCSW
Care Manager
A+ Aging Advantage
Megan Burke is a licensed clinical social worker. She has served older adults and people with disabilities for
over 14 years as a care manager and advocate. Megan works part-time for A+ Aging Advantage as a care
manager with flexible hours to meet the needs of the individuals served. She has a vast knowledge of the
services and resources available to older adults in the St. Louis area to guide older adults, people with
disabilities, and the people who support them to make decisions that best suit the needs of the individuals being
served.
Megan’s work as a care manager for A+ Aging Advantage is enhanced by her work at Paraquad, Inc. where she
actively influences public policy affecting older adults and people with disabilities working as a policy analyst and
community organizer. Megan recognizes the need to improve the systems developed to serve older adults and
people with disabilities so they can maintain their independence in the community.
Megan received her Bachelors of Social Work from Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, IN) in 1996, and her
Masters of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2004. A native of California, Megan now
resides in St. Louis, MO.
Dora B. McMichael, BSW
Marketing and Services Director
Dora McMichael is a student at Saint Louis University and graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelors in Social
Work. She is planning to complete her Masters in Social Work in May, 2012. Aspiring to be a licensed social
worker, Dora is committed to researching and understanding the needs of our clients. She entered social
services to advocate for others and has been able to do so for the last three years assisting families with elder
care challenges.
Beth Purcell
Registered Nurse
Beth is a registered nurse with over 35 years of skilled nursing experience. She has impressive credentials as a
veteran working for the Navy. Beth brings a professional and compassionate level of nursing care that is
second to none. Her experience in the field provides our clients with the knowledge to assist clients in receiving
the appropriate placement for medical care and follow-up.

of the office as well as provides assistance to clients through our concierge companion services. Teri is
