quality service to families of elderly and disabled individuals helping manage

aspects of daily life while preserving dignity and independence.

How can we help you?

Aging Advantage has a team of Care Managers who are professional advantages and conduct care-planning assessments to recommend solutions promoting the highest quality of life possible.

due to our donor we are able to offer care management to St. Louis City residents ages 60 and over for no cost.

What is a care Manager?

A Care Manager is a health and human services specialist who acts as a guide and liaison for clients and their families who are care for their older relatives or disabled adults.
